These cookies collect information about your Internet browsing habits and the use of BRPST services in order to provide you with advertisements that are tailored to you and correspond to your interests. They also limit the number of times you will see an add and help the BRPST evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. They are generally installed by advertising networks with the permission of the website operator. They memorize visits to a site and share this information with other companies (advertisers, etc.). Targeting cookies are often linked to the site's features provided by the partner company.
They allow to:
- avoid that you are repeatedly confronted with the same advertisements;
- measure the effectiveness of our various communication actions, or of an advertising campaign;
- personalize advertising on our websites and other communication platforms.
Information is collected and shared with third parties to provide audience targeting and optimization solutions for our administrations, publishers and possibly advertisers. No personal data are collected and an individual cannot be identified via the data collected.
Targeting cookies are based on the unique identification of your browser and technological device on the Internet (IP address). By blocking these cookies, adds will continue to appear. On the other hand, you will experience less targeted advertising.
Cookies issued on our sites by third parties
As a result of third-party applications integrated into our sites or services, cookies issued by third parties may be installed in third-party applications integrated into BRPST websites or services, in advertising content (graphics, animations, videos, etc.) broadcast via advertising spaces integrated into BRPST websites or services. For example with the "Share" and "Like" buttons, which come from social networks such as "Facebook", "Twitter", "LinkedIn", "Viadeo", etc.
The social network providing such button is likely to identify you through this button, even if you have not used this button when visiting a BRPST website or its services. This type of application button may allow the social network to track your browsing on a BRPST website or its services, simply because your account on the social network was activated on your technological device (open session) during your browsing on a BRPST website or its services.
The issuance and use of cookies by third parties is subject to the privacy policies of such third parties. Thus, the BRPST has no control over the process used by social networks to collect information relating to your browsing on its websites or services and associated with the personal data at their disposal.
The BRPST invites you to consult the privacy policies of these social networks in order to learn about the purposes of use, particularly advertising, of the browsing information they may collect through these application buttons. These protection policies must allow you to make your choices on these social networks, in particular by setting up your user accounts for each of these networks.
The BRPST reminds you that you can, at any time, simply and free of charge, choose to refuse the registration of cookies on your technological device in such a way that neither the BRPST nor its partners have any information collected by cookies.
